Introvert Vs Extroverts | RTBRuhan

There are a lot of myths surrounding the concept of introverts vs extroverts.

A lot of people think that extroverts are more confident and introverts are more shy.

This misconception is due to the fact that we live in a society where extroverted qualities are seen as positive and introverted qualities are seen as negative.

The truth, however, is that introverts can be just as confident as extroverts. They just show it in different ways. Introverts can be just as charismatic or assertive, but they might not do it with the same frequency or intensity as an extrovert.

Extroverts are often misunderstood. They can seem overbearing at times 😅, but they got the gift of gab from their introverted counterparts. The two personality types are both equally important for society. Introverts contribute to society through their inner thoughtfulness and extroverts contribute with their ability to socialize with others and express themselves in a variety of ways.

There is no such thing as an extrovert or an introvert personality type because everyone has both qualities in them somewhere. Extroverts can also be thoughtful and introverted people can also be expressive 😤, it just takes them longer than others to share their thoughts on the topic at hand.

It is true that introverts are more likely to be seen as shy, withdrawn and reserved. Whereas extroverts are usually seen as more outspoken, outgoing and assertive.

However, the truth is that people can fall on either side of the spectrum depending on the situation. There is a term called astroverse ..... which refer to people who are not introvert neither they are extrovert. They can be both.

The truth is that people can fall on either side of the spectrum depending on the situation. There are many misconceptions about introverts vs extroverts. For example, it's not uncommon for an introvert to appear outgoing in a group setting while an extrovert may be shy one-on-one.
